Gift Cards

Although we cannot sell Gift Cards online at present, you can use an existing Gift Card simply by entering its number and PIN at the online checkout, or presenting it when shopping at our Store.

You can check your Gift Card balance on this page or during your online checkout.

Please be aware that any promo codes, cannot be used in conjunction with Gift Card purchases.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. A Gift Card may be used as full or part payment for any goods, excluding services such as delivery fees, in The Conran Shop, Kuwait.

2. It must be presented when you purchase your goods, and the total value will be deducted from the balance available on the Gift Card.

3. No change will be given, but the remaining balance can be applied to future purchases.

4. Where a Gift Card has been used to purchase goods that are subsequently returned or exchanged for goods of a lower value, the value owing will be credited to a new card or voucher.

5. The balance on a Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be returned to you if a Gift Card is lost, stolen or damaged.

6. A Gift Card is not a credit, charge or cheque guarantee card.

7. A Gift Card cannot be resold.

8. The Conran Shop reserves the right to restrict the use of a Gift Card if suspicious, fraudulent or illegal activities are suspected or identified.

9. Only original, undamaged Gift Cards will be accepted.

10. A Gift Card will expire if it is not used for 12 consecutive months, and any balance remaining on the card will be reduced to nil.
