Rubbish Bins

(3)

Waste bins designed to stay in view. The Conran Shop's Hex bin is a tall hexagon in powder-coated iron, in teal and orange, and Craster's cherry birch Wastepaper Basket applies traditional joinery to the same job.

HAY's Shade Bin, by Thomas Bentzen, has the cleanest silhouette in the group and comes in blush, dusty green and off white. Areaware takes the loudest position with Dusen Dusen's Spiral and River bins, patterned inside and out so they still look considered when open. Sizes suit desks, dressing tables and bathrooms rather than kitchens.
