Small Bowls

Cereal, soup and small serving bowls, largely from The Conran Shop's South African ceramics. The Brights Soup Bowl is glazed in red, bright pink, turquoise, Irish green and yellow by Wonki Ware, using Eastern Cape clay left to dry in the sun for five days before firing — the reason each glaze breaks slightly differently.

The Pintura Stone and Luna cereal bowls provide the neutral counterpoint in slate and stone. Massimo Lunardon's Brio bowls sit apart from the ceramics entirely: small, clear, hand-blown glass forms inspired by sea creatures.
