“Al Dhow” means the group of companies composing of The Conran Shop and all its Affiliates under Al-Dhow Engineering General Trading & Contracting Co. W.L.L.

“Data Subject” or “you” means an identified or identifiable living individual natural person to whom personal data relates and that is using this site or The Conran Shop Services.

“Personal Data” means any information relating to a data subject who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that data subject.

2.1 PERSONAL DATA PROVIDED BY DATA SUBJECT - In order to provide seamless customer experience, we receive and store your personal data in relation to The Conran Shop Services, including without limitation:

  • Information and documents regarding identity, including Civil ID, National ID and driver's license numbers.

10.1 Al Dhow retains your personal data in accordance with appliable laws, for a period no longer than is required for the purpose for which it was collected or as required under applicable laws.

10.2 Al Dhow retains your personal data where it has legitimate interest, performance of the contract, vital interest of data subject or of another natural person, performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested or for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or other regulatory reporting requirements or with your consent. After that, Al Dhow will either delete it or anonymize it so that it cannot be linked back to you. 11.2 In an endeavor to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, damage or misuse, we adopt security practices and procedures, at our choice, in line with the applicable laws or the international standards such as ISO/IEC 27001:2013.
