Delivery & Returns

1.1 We offer Free deliveries all across Kuwait

1.2 Deliveries will be made within 48 hours

1.3 Orders placed from Thursday to Saturday will be planned from Sunday onwards

1.4 If you receive a wrong product, or a product received by you is damaged or defective, or if you simply wish to return your product for any reason, please contact our Customer Service via email or hotline

1.5 Products unused and in satisfactory condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase

1.6 Additionally, please retain all documentation and packaging to return your order

1.7 Products that have been personalized will not be accepted

1.8 Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to you

1.9 The original delivery charges and any other charges, if any, incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable

Refunds & Exchanges

2.1 Any refund will be made to the original payment method made at the time of purchase

2.2 Refunds on merchandise returned to www.theconranshop.com.kw can take up to ten to fourteen business days after receipt and a refund confirmation email will be sent to confirm the details.

2.3 The Conran Shop Kuwait reserves the right to refuse the return of any items that do not meet the return conditions mentioned above. Please refer to point 21 of (Terms and Conditions)

2.4 Switching products is made easy for you on The Conran Shop website. You can exchange your product within 14 days of purchase by visiting our stores, by calling us or emailing us to schedule your home pickup for larger items.

2.5 Please carry the original invoice and other documents while returning a product to the store. The store will cancel the previous order or products from your order if it qualifies and prepare a new order for the item you select.

2.6 When accepting an exchange, you will have to pay the difference in the price of a product you purchase if it is higher in value. In the event that you purchase a product of a lower value than the initial purchase, the amount will be refunded to you in the original payment method.
