Alzatina fili grande is among the collection of cake stand with a decoration suitable for pastry inspired by Venetian traditions, handcrafted borosilicate glass, freehand, with the lamp-working technique.

Lunardon the designer, has focused his art and design efforts on blown glass. He has collaborated with various companies, including Artemide, Driade, Flos, Memphis, Bisazza, Tag Heuer, Mont Blanc, and Zani & Zani. Lunardon's purpose as an artist is to investigate all of the possibilities that glass offers as a material for making sculptures that challenge the notions that people have idealized about glass. He has created prototypes and limited edition pieces for several designers, including Andrea Anastasio, Ron Arad, Aldo Cibic, Javier Mariscal, Marc Newson, Denis Santachiara, Matteo Thun, and Bob Wilson.

He has exhibited in a number of group and solo shows in major worldwide museums, galleries, and institutes. He routinely provides workshops on glassmaking techniques and has been a professor of flameworking at the Vetroricerca School in Bolzano since 1998.
