More about Barbosa Throw
Designed by Thomas Gaudinet, an artist from Nantes, France, who works digitally and draws on nature, everyday life and a healthy dose of absurd humour. The Barbosa design was one of twelve winners of Slowdown Studio's 2021 Art Competition.
A dynamic arrangement of abstract botanical forms, overlapping vases and organic shapes in warm terracotta, rich teal and charcoal black balances graphic impact with painterly softness. Jacquard woven from soft, textured cotton and finished with a fringed edge.
Every Slowdown Studio throw begins as an original artwork, created in collaboration with independent artists around the world. Use it on the sofa or bed, or hang it as a woven wall piece.
