More about Nelson Bench Short Natural Ash
The clean straight lines of the Vitra Nelson Bench reflect Nelson's architectural background and given its clean and simple design it can be applied to a number of uses - be it to sit on or for use as a coffee table.
Legendary designer George Nelson designed the Nelson Bench for his office at 'Fortune' magazine in 1946. The bench's clean linear aesthetic reflects the designer's background as an architect. Like many design classics, the Nelson bench has multiple uses, readily serving as a surface for seating, storage or display functions. It is available in two sizes and two colour versions. The Nelson Bench is made of ash, combining the natural colour of the seat with a black finish on the base. Its clean linear aesthetic underlines the architectural background of the designer, George Nelson. It can be used as a bench or low table and is available in two different lengths.
