Eero Saarinen vowed to address the "ugly, confusing, unrestful world" he observed underneath chairs and tables - the so-called "slum of legs." A five-year design investigation led him to the revolutionary Pedestal Collection, introduced in 1958.
This table features a polished coated marble tabletop in the elegant Calacatta color. The base is crafted from heavy-molded cast aluminum with a sleek white paint finish. The dimensions are 244cm in width, 73cm in height, and 137cm in depth. Weighing 14kg, it combines a substantial presence with refined style.
